Dynamic Testing

The dynamic test equipment portfolio of Dunlop Suspensions includes machinery capable of operating at loads up to 100kN, and at frequencies up to 100Hz for displacement testing and 3500Hz for vibration simulation. This equipment can be programmed, for example in order to incorporate real-time data acquired from vehicles.

Our services range from straightforward one-off tests through to comprehensive product validation schedules, including advice on test parameters and control techniques. Bespoke jigs and fixtures can be built in-house as required.
